Registration is now open. Online renewal will close April 23, 2012 at midnight.

  

 For immediate confirmation of your registration we encourage you to register online, however, a printable version of the registration form is available at www.crdha.ca/Home/Events.aspx.


Online registration is available to CRDHA members only. You will need to acess Member Login to register. Use the following:

Username:   CRDHA Member Last Name and College ID# - no spaces
Password:   CRDHA Member Birthdate (yyyymmdd) - no spaces 

Non-members may register using the registration form available at www.crdha.ca/Home/Events.aspx

 Event Details

We expect limited attendance workshops to fill up quickly so register early if you hope to participate in one of the limited attendance workshops.  Limited on-site event registration will only be available if the event does not reach capacity. Registration is available on a first come - first served basis. Limited quantities of conference bags are available; late registrants should not expect to receive a conference tote bag.  

Please note, the Communty Connections Showcase is offered for one day only on Friday 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

Admission to the Conference

Your registration badge is required for all sessions and special events. Full conference badges allow admission to all sessions and special events. Single day badges allow admission to sessions or special events on the day for which the participant is registered. Only the attendee who registers may use the badge. Badges are non-transferrable. 

Member Pricing

CRDHA members will receive member pricing. Your CRDHA member login and password will be required to register online for the ACC Event.  

Student Pricing

To be eligible for student pricing an individual must be registered in a current program from an accredited school. Student identification must be produced when registering for the event.

CRDHA accepts the following forms of payment on-line:

Please note the following restrictions:

  • You must be a CRDHA Member to participate in the CRDHA Annual General Meeting.

  • Due to capacity limitations, seminars and workshops are reserved for CRDHA Members Only.
